This means we also have the technology and track record to provide value-added solutions that complete a document’s life cycle, from generation in an electronic format through to delivery and archiving using advanced crypto-mechanisms.
We support you in designing your e-archive project.
Our solutions adapt to the public and private sphere and any type of local laws and requirements, guaranteeing tech adaptation to any partner, sector, or legislation. Below we present some of the key solutions we offer companies; however, our technology’s capacity for versatility lets us offer an extensive catalog of vertical solutions which adapt to certain production sectors.
Electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions automate the generation, delivery, acceptance, and recording processes of all transactions. The entire process is done in real time, completely eliminating paper management for companies.
Purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, inventories, price catalogs, and more can be interchanged electronically between companies thanks to the use of a common language that allows the different information systems to interact with each other, automating integration in the inhouse management system or ERP.
EDICOM, an international EDI solution benchmark, offers a comprehensive ASP platform for the transmission, acceptance, and integration of EDI messages with any information system in the world. By adapting this technology you can take any document transfer process zero paper, from generation to delivery and preservation in accordance with the law.

The tax authorities throughout the world are moving forwards towards electronic tax compliance, the aim of improving the control processes related to tax, simplification of processes and automation of supervisory processes.
In Europe a number of national systems already up and running make it compulsory for companies to submit VAT data on a regular basis and receive notifications on their tax transaction status. It therefore ends up entailing a constant flow of tax documents in which the legal custody of archives is an important part.
The EDICOM VAT Compliance platform simplifies communications with the tax authorities in multinational settings. It is the solution for companies that operate on different markets with centralized management systems that must be able to handle and send tax documents in accordance with the laws in force in each country.
The solution integrates with the company's ERP, implementing its mapping systems to automatically ‘translate’ the information generated in the electronic format system required by each tax authority (XML, UBL, SAF-T, etc.).
The data is then syntactically and semantically validated to check the archive is correct in accordance with the specifications of the destination country.
Once the message (e-invoice, VAT statement, etc.) has been validated, mechanisms are applied to guarantee its legal weight. For example, the electronic signature, time stamp, or other certificates. The document is then ready to send.
Finally, the EDICOM platform delivers the message to the tax authority and recipient, applying the protocols needed in each case (webservice, AS2, HTTPS, FTP…).

It also stresses that to preserve them for the long term it is necessary to have a certified and trusted document safekeeping system.
In this White Paper, we present the new qualified trust services, emphasizing electronic document safekeeping services.
