Service Access: EDICOMLta provides users with a personalized website designed with a usability criterion, accessed with high levels of security. Also, through integration via the API adaptor, users can access it directly from their own business management apps.
Document capture: Once documents are sent, whether manually through the web environment or in an integrated fashion, the electronic signature and time stamp mechanisms guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of documents from the time they are logged in the platform are automatically applied to the archives and documents.
Metadata generation: Each document safeguarded is accompanied by an XML file including the associated metadata. Metadata are essential as they enable subsequent document identification and retrieval.
Our EAS enables web-based templates to create standardized metadata structures. The metadata XML file can be generated automatically for processes prioritizing direct data integration between applications.
Secure archiving: The electronic document is archived in a parallel fashion in two EDICOM data processing centers with their respective backup copies. The two data centers are located in different physical facilities although they operate in synchronization and uphold permanent real-time resource and data duplication. This guarantees 99.9% document accessibility and high security conditions.
Subsequent document management: The platform incorporates different tools enabling documents to be prioritized and streamlining searches to optimize work times.
